Coaching buyouts
Coaching buyouts are there to potentially protect both sides of the transactions but more often than not, it is the school having to pay the remainder of the salary to the coach. Charlie Weis is one of the most notorious for having buyouts and receiving payments from both Kansas and Notre Dame after being fired. Show also includes a look at Les Miles who just forfeited 5.5 million dollars in additional monthly payments to become the head coach of Kansas.
