Looking at the equine industry from contracts to immigration law and everything in between.

Working with horses is one of the oldest traditions in both Kentucky and the United States. All of these old and new activities with horses are governed by equine law. But, what is equine law? Simply put, it is any practice of law that involves horses, horse-related activities, horse businesses, horse organizations, and horse facilities.

Listen to Equine Law Professor, Frank Becker talk about the industry and set the stage for this wonderful topic of equine law for the next few weeks on the podcast. Understanding the basics of this field will help out so much as we bring a variety of specialized horse lawyers to talk about racing, immigration and other exciting and changing fields of equine law.
