A look at the Interstate Horseracing Act with Doug McSwain
This week we are honored to talk to Doug McSwain, partner at the firm Wyatt Tarrent and Combs. Mr. McSwain recently published his paper through the Kentucky Journal of Equine and Natural Resource Law. His paper is titled “The Legalization of Sports Betting: A Federalism Framework & The Horse Racing Model.” It draws on the Interstate Horseracing Act to act as a guide in the national policy making to govern sports gambling.
